Ethical   Issues in the 21st Century

Gonzalez-Padron (2015) addressed several ethical issues that have arisen in the 21st century. Using the Ashford University Library, find an article relating to a 21st century ethical issue (please do not limit yourself to the list in the textbook).  Watch the FindIt@AU tutorial for guidance on how to search in the library. If you need more help with how to use databases, watch the Database Search Tips tutorial. 

Describe how the issue affects you at a personal level and how you might handle the issue from a managerial perspective. Limit writing in first person.
