Positive Social Change Goal: Strengthening Community Resilience through Enhanced Disaster Preparedness and Response
The Red Cross of America concentrates on strong communities by working at the household level and trying to develop capacity for disaster preparedness. For the coming 12 months and thereafter, our objective is defined as achieving 25% more participants in the programs as the result of certain, measurable, and feasible activities. This will be ensured by following employee training completion as well as individual emergency plan creation step by step (Imperiale & Vanclay, 2020). This kind of delivery of services encourages community readiness, hence building a united community that is ready for sudden disasters.
Our envisioned strategy integrates vision from personalized community clinics to user-friendly mobile apps, together with partnerships, a redesigned training system, and impact assessment. Furthermore, it addresses the demands of community engagement, aligning the forces, which in turn promotes a more dynamic, secure, and stable environment worldwide (Tariq et al., 2021). Nevertheless, our aims might be as big as the sky, but ours will still be a joint effort that will be the footpath for permanent development. Therefore, by dedicating ourselves to resilience and preparing for the worst, we are determined to have a world where a strong community will stand.

MANAGING ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: A PRESENTATION FOR THE GLOBAL CHANGE CONFERENCE
Consider the following scenario:
You have been selected to represent your nonprofit or public/government organization at a Global Change Conference made up of change leaders, consultants, and influencers. The topic of your presentation is to share what your organization is doing and how it is managing organizational performance. Your goal is to also convey to the audience how important your organization is to society to effect positive social change.
The focus of your presentation should be an overarching view of what your organization does, why the organization does it, interesting takeaways you have learned, how you think what your organization does will effect positive social change locally and globally, and your performance improvement/evaluation plan, including goals, benchmark metrics, and frequency of measures.

ASSIGNMENT (10 MINUTES IN LENGTH. 20 SLIDES, NOT INCLUDING TITLE SLIDE AND REFERENCES SLIDE OR SLIDES, VOICEOVER, AND NOTES):
Your presentation should include:
A title slide (i.e., title of your presentation, name, date, and course)
An introduction (brief summary of what you are about to discuss and the purpose of this paper)
A brief overview of the organization and stretch goals for 5, 10, and 20 years
A support of the goals using the current trajectory of the organization’s performance with a discussion of data measures and outcomes the organization is trying to achieve
A discussion of how the goals will help shape and support positive social change in the future related to the organization’s mission
A definition of the metrics you want to see as specific outcomes for the organization
An overview of the performance improvement/evaluation plan that has goals, benchmark metrics, frequency of measures, accountable person for the outcomes, actual metrics achieved, and performance plan to improve even when metrics are met
Highlights of the organization’s progress and the potential positive impact on specific stakeholder groups
A conclusion (Provide highlights of what you just discussed and what you want your reader to remember.)
