The purpose of the Theory Application paper is to help you apply your selected theory to your area of practice.

Steps:

1. Select a theory that best fits your area of practice.
2. Start your paper with an introductory paragraph, including a purpose statement.
3. Discuss your rationale for selecting the theory for implementation.
4. Briefly describe the theory.
5. Describe your plan to implement the theory in your area of practice.
6. Discuss potential barriers or challenges to the implementation plan and how you will overcomes these barriers.
7. End with a conclusion paragraph summarizing the content of your paper.

Paper will be 5 pages in length, excluding the title and references pages.
