For this assignment, you will create a presentation that provides an overview of the state of collaborative culture in your current practice setting.

· Utilize the Four-Dimensional Model of Collaboration presented in the D’Amour, et al., 2008 learning resource in Unit 1 to frame an analysis of the state of collaboration in your practice setting.

· When constructing the slides for your presentation be sure to include the following:

· Open your presentation with a brief description of your current practice setting

· Ensure that you have a slide that represents each of the 4 domains of the model as noted in Figure 1 on the third page of the article.

· Provide enough information on the slide to correlate observations from your practice setting to the collaboration Indicators noted in each of the 4 domains of the model. Review the descriptors outlined in Table 2 on the fifth and sixth page of the article and use those to guide your construction of the individual slide for each Indictor.

· Review Table 3 located at the bottom of the sixth page of the article and assign a collaboration Typology level for each of the 10 Indicators noted in this table.

· Provide a summary slide that demonstrates your overall thought about the collaborative culture in your practice setting referencing the Typology levels you assigned on the previous slide.
