Pre: I chose this project because communica on with medicines was below target stars. The t arget should be above 50.40, but our unit stars in June were 33.3. What were the problems?? Post 1: Result for JULY 60.0 Examples of some of the things I did : Printed out Pamphlet with a list of common Medica ons, Uses, and Side effects. Nurses should use it during medica on administra on and highlight it with a marker.

The result for the month of August is not yet out. For now, work on what we have.
