 Read the following article How to Create a Personal Leadership Plan.  Develop a personal Leadership Development Plan that:

1. Identifies two professional goals (in SMART format) you will pursue in the role of the professional nurse in the next two years.
2. Describes two specific actions for achieving the goals.
3. Addresses at least two specific areas of nursing leadership discussed during the course of the class that you want to focus on. Choose from the following:  emotional intelligence, management skills, delegation, advocacy, leading change, implementation of EBP, improving quality of patient care, diversity, improving population health.
4. Identifies one professional nursing organization that would be of value to you.
5. Analyzes your future leadership development in the context of your own personal faith perspective.

The plan should be a minimum 300 words and can be in narrative or bulleted format.  Don’t forget to cite all sources.
