Nursing Assignment: Portfolio Essay

There are 10 major segments: one for each clinical objective. For each segment, you will need to include: 

· A brief statement describing the purpose of given objective in your professional development

· Then identify supporting evidence and how each contributes to meeting the given objective

· Then briefly explain how the chosen evidence items (e.g. artifacts) illustrate your change and progression in the program
