Professional Poster Presentation
Purpose:
In this assignment, you will disseminate your evidence-based project through an oral presentation.
Instructions:
· Create a professional poster presentation that describes the Capstone Project. Posters may include text and images as needed to convey concepts.
Assignment Tasks:
· The poster must include the following components:
· Title of poster/project
· Author name and credentials.
· Background (i.e., Problem, effect on population, effect on practice).
· Literature supporting your project (Brief synopsis).
· PICO question.
· EBP intervention
· Implications/Recommendations
· References (APA-formatted)
Submission Requirements:
· The poster must be clear and concise, and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, and misspelling.

· Size and Layout
· Edit the dimensions of your poster in PowerPoint
· It is recommended to keep your poster to 3 or 4 columns of content.
· Visual Appeal
· You do not need to be a professional artist to create a stunning poster!
· Please keep it simple, remember that brevity is key, and do not be overly wordy.
· Remember that your poster is a visual representation and a synthesis of the "greatest hits" of your EBP Proposal!
· Use high-resolution images and attribute them correctly.
