In your initial post, identify and describe:

1. Key determinants affecting the health of your chosen special population.
2. At least five health promotion and five illness/injury prevention interventions that might be appropriate for the special population that you selected.
3. At least 2 restorative health care considerations for your chosen special population and analyze the role of the community health nurse in each.
