What are the best practices for ensuring informed consent and informed process consent which are consistent with the Code of Ethics for Nurses (2015) and Ethical Principles and Guidelines for the Protection of Human Subjects of Research (1979)?

1. Find 1 scholarly/research article to help answer the question. Do not use course assigned readings. Article must be within 10 years. Use level I-V evidence.

3. Identify one best practice recommendation based on the article you selected. Discuss your best practice recommendation based on the principles of respect for person, beneficence, or justice.
