Patient is a 16 year female coming in for a cold. Flu neg, covid neg. Patient had a fever 3 nights ago, it has resolved. Now she complains of nasal congestion and a dry cough that worsen at night. Patient has been taking OTC medications for these symptoms but they do not seem to work.
