Goal:

You must choose one of the conditions below:

• Diabetes Mellitus,
• Congestive Heart Failure,
• Chronic Kidney Disease or
• COPD.

Your study guide must include:

• Occurrence/epidemiology

• Differential diagnosis
• Non-pharmacological and pharmacological management and follow up
