Describe your clinical experience for this week.

· Did you face any challenges, any success? If so, what were they? Seeing the strategies of diagnosing and assessing in the gynecologist office.

· Describe the assessment of a patient, detailing the signs and symptoms (S&S), assessment, plan of care, and at least 3 possible differential diagnosis with rationales. Patient came in with high blood pressure and headaches patient is 33 weeks pregnant and works standing up---- referral to cardiologist and close follow up at home of blood pressures

· Mention the health promotion intervention for this patient.

· What did you learn from this week's clinical experience that can beneficial for you as an advanced practice nurse? It will help me learn new techniques of diagnosing and prescribing patients with gynecological needs.
