When talking about narrow therapeutic index drugs one of the difficulties is getting the patients back to the lab to get the the level drawn.  There are all kinds of issues that pop up...forgot, no transportation, didn't care, sick, weekend, holiday, etc.  Once you make the choice to start a patient on one of these medications you need to figure out a way of keeping them on track.  Please discuss any ideas that you may have that you plan to use to keep these folks up to date with labs, levels, etc.
