By using the NCAA Legislative Services Database, located under your weekly resources, select two recruitment violations previously occurring at the collegiate level. Next, write an essay including the following:

• Explain the infractions.
• Justify the penalties from previous infractions and precedents.
• Provide your opinion(s) on whether the sanctions were fair or needed to be altered.
• Present new procedures you would implement to prevent these types of violations in the future and explain the logic behind each procedure.
