New Insurance Law 6 page Essay

 Instructions:

 1. 6 page paper which proposes a state law involving insurance regulation.

2. Please select a controversial issue in insurance law or regulation (it can be health care insurance, i.e., “Obamacare”, insurance bad faith, state property insurance programs i.e., “Citizen’s Insurance,” AirBnB, Drone Insurance, are examples) and propose a new Florida state law pertaining to the issue. 

3. The paper should describe your proposed law, explain the meaning and 

implications of the law, present a defense of this law designed to convince a lawmaker of its merit, and strategy you would use to overcome objections by others. 

4. Select a thesis writing manual (i.e.; APA, MLA, Blue Book, etc.) and follow one style. If you utilize research or quote sources, please use appropriate references and citations.
