Based on your research of global leaders and their impact in the organizations they serve, develop a paper to discuss the leader’s role in influencing, shaping, and defining global organizations. The paper should examine the leadership experiences of at least one global leader and relate his or her role to  specific leadership models or theories. Incorporating specific examples of leadership integrity, the paper should discuss how a leader’s integrity—or lack of integrity—impacts the organization and/or society. The paper should also identify some challenges or conflicts the leader has experienced in defining organizational culture, and the strategies that were implemented to overcome these challenges.
