Discussion question:  In a negligence case, there are 4 elements that need to be proven:  (1) DUTY: The defendant had legal obligation to the plaintiff (i.e. a duty/standard of care); (2) BREACH: The defendant breached that duty; (3) INJURY: The plaintiff suffered injury and (4) CAUSATION: The plaintiff’s injury was caused by the defendant’s actions.  In a medical malpractice case, which of these elements do you think is easiest to prove and which is most difficult?  Provide at least 2 rationales to support your opinion.

Respond in 200 - 300 words max and Include at least 2 references in APA format.
