Need someone to do a Sole Propietorship tax retuns (Capella Assessment)

Good Afternoon, I need someone to correctly complete one assessment for my class (Self-employment Business Income - Schedule C).  Need to complete a Schedule C and required tax forms (see attached Assessment Overview and Scoring Guide) to reflect income and deductions related to self employment as a sole propietorship.  I will need this completed today and I'm willing to pay $35.00 for the work.  It need to be able to pass first time go.
