If you were managing employee compensation, how would you recommend that your company evaluate the usefulness of its job evaluation or person-based plans?

PLEASE REPLY TO MY CLASSMATE RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN WHY YOU AGREE? (A MINIMUM OF 125 WORDS)

                                        CLASSMATE’S POST

The job evaluation is always going to be specific to the job that the employees got hired for. Evaluations involve goals and objectives that the employees strive for at the end of the day because compensation encourages them to be effective employee’s and meet the qualifications. This is all based on if they are interested in the compensation, which is why the compensation must be competitive. During the evaluation is when job performance is analyzed. I would recommend that evaluations of the usefulness of job evaluations begin with understanding the company’s needs. Next, I would implement the needs of the employees. Lastly, job duties must be descriptive for a clear and overall understanding. Each job has its own objectives that must be made apparent in order to dictate its worth to the company.
