3. to support social and emotional development and provide guidance
4. to establish positive and productive relationships with families
5. to ensure a well-run, purposeful program responsive to participant needs
6. to maintain a commitment to professionalism

Then look at your own education and experience and identify any of the goals and/or field experiences for which you may feel you have met the requirements. Then tell how you have met those requirements. Was it through college courses? Tell which ones. Was it through experience working with young schoolaged children? If so, describe your experience.
