To Prepare Conduct Research on the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.   The essay topic is related to scientific research and ethics.  The goal of science is to solve problems in order to improve the lives of mankind.  The scientific method sets science apart from all other disciplines.  Despite this goal, science cannot solve all problems because not all problems are scientific problems. Many scientific discoveries and inventions are attributed to the process of the scientific method.  However, not all people agree with many of the scientific advances achieved as a result of scientific research.  Examples include genetic engineering in agriculture and cloning experiments.  In addition, all scientific research should be governed by ethics.  Read the article “What is Ethics in Research & Why is It Important?” by Dr. David B. After reading this article, view the video on the Tuskegee Syphilis.   Required Viewing For additional information on the Tuskegee Syphilis Studies, you may conduct additional research. But please cite other sources using the using  the correct APA format.
