I feel that do to Covid; virtual doctor visits that is the trend now will continue to be popular 5 years from now. People are liking the convenience of not having to travel to their doctors. Also, even five years from now we do not know where Covid will be. It could still be prevalent. Also, you have those people, especially single moms, who may just be too busy or not have daycare available for their children to make their appointments. Then there are the senior citizens, who just do not want to travel or drive to their appointments. Virtual appointment is the new thing and because of the ease and improvements in technology, virtual doctor's visits are her to stay and will continue to get more popular.
