Need help with recruiting paper

For this week, you are to develop a recruitment and advertisement checklist (tool) that can be used by any organization. You can use either of these perspectives: 

Develop a checklist that identifies all that is required to ensure positions are filled within an organization or develop it for a leader to analyze the effectiveness of their organization’s recruitment efforts. A leader within the organization should be able to use the tool with their hiring managers and recruitment team as they are recruiting and improving their systems. Remember, that you are developing this from a consultant’s perspective and should be written in the third person.

In order to review samples, you can search the Internet; however, you want to create your own tool. Your project should include narrative that provides detail regarding how and why you created the tool as well as how it should be used within an organizational setting. Your project should include a cover page, list of references and three pages (including narrative and tool) APA. Be creative and develop it as if you are going to use it as a tool to build your consulting firm. Also, develop it in a way that you can revise as needed in the future.
