need help with my assignment

I have assignment is to create a story, I attached a picture in the attachments about person the assignment is to imagine what is going on the picture. Do not write what in the picture, I want you to imagine and create a story. I need only one page. the due date is February 7 , 10 AM NEW YORK TIME CITY.

Using your imagination, close out the world around you and visually dive into the photo Pretend you are a part of what is going on (or at least are a real-life observer). COMPOSE A CREATIVE ESSAY INSPIRED BY WHAT YOU SEE IN YOUR PHOTOGRAPH. Tell its story, making it all up as you go along. You will be done when there is nothing left to tell.
