Need Help with Dissertation Study

 Need Help With Dissertation Study. I had to change a lot of what was written. I have chosen a Title to my Study but have change a lot of changes. I have attached the revised version of my study which has to be changed now because of the Alignment Matrix I have also attached about the changes I have made. I have attached the Alignment Matrix which displays what my study has to be about. Im trying to figure out how to merge Dissertation Study with the Matrix that's been approved. Please Help! Ihave attched the template of Dissertation.
