Based on your readings and experience, discuss the aspects of the beginning and transition (storming/norming) stages of a group that are most critical for the leader to attend to in order for the group to reach the working stage.

2. Through this module/week’s course materials, you will learn about how to effectively lead a group session. Which of the different skills described and demonstrated by Jacobs et al. and Corey et al. do you feel would be the easiest and the hardest, respectively, for you to incorporate into your own leadership style and why?
