Need help for a report

Right now I am working on a project which is putting all the medical health information and history into a raspberry pie. It is given to the hospital and any medical center to use when their system are down/broken, or no internet. In this project, we use SD Card and Raspberry pie, and now my report need to explain why we need to use this two materials, and how we use it.
