Need by sunday noon

I need 2 scholarly articles summarize about alternative work arrangements. The summerys need to be at three and a half pages.  I also need a PowerPoint tailored around articles and the alternative work arrangements documents that I  uploaded.  

Articles need to be no older than 2 years old.
