Need assistance writing a paper

I'm attaching the instructions for the assignment. I need a quick turn around on this one, I thought I had it completed and I didn't. Need by 7p Arizona time it's now 144p here. 

I posted a budget however if you feel it needs to be negotiated please discuss it with me prior to completing the assignment.
