Need Assistance with Assignment

This assignment requires an IT strategy/plan using Microsoft Word. I'm attaching the assignment instructions along with the grading rubric. I feel someone with a familiar and strong background in Mgmt of Information Systems would be best for this work.

I post a budget, however, if the price needs to be negotiated I prefer we discuss prior to the work being completed.
