Need asap

Last week we took a look at organizational culture. As usual, everyone contributed substantively to the discussion. I am really happy to see the good contributions and substantive posts. 

Discussion interaction is a large part of online learning. I am sure that you already have that sense at this point! Keep engaging and learning from each other’s perspectives and experiences.

In Module 7’s discussion we are going to take the notion of organizational culture from last week and discuss its relationship to organizational ethics. You might ponder things like whether culture drives the company’s ethical considerations or whether the company’s ethical considerations are the drivers of its culture. You might consider what different organizations view as ethical and how that influences or is influenced by the organization’s culture. While this week we are using culture as the vehicle, keep in mind that we are really discussing ethics!
