Need a paper done

proposal no more then 3 pages long.  The topic is Interior Design/Psychology

How can Ubiquitous design a base that will help prevent problems with people living in close quarters (with no parks or lakes or forests to escape to). Virtual Reality? Color choices? Having plants outside the garden areas? Certain music? Any kind of play that can be done in limited space? Etc.
