NCP

 James Welch 21 yo admitted for appendicitis.  Today is post op day 3. His VS are WNL. He is tolerating po fluids and soft foods. He had a BM this am. IV at KVO Pain Percoett 1tab q4 -6 hours for pain tolerated Ampicillin 1 gm gram po for 10 days to continue. Dr. Jones has discharged this patient. You have are to provide D/C instructions and  remove the IV. Transfer report Allergic to eggs Resuscitation status: Full  code Religion Catholic  College student Lives in a dorm.
