National Enterprise Systems keeps calling my family and I don't know what to do

 I've been getting constant calls from National Enterprise Systems about a debt I don't even recognize, and now they've started calling my relatives and even someone at my job. I've asked them to stop and sent a written request, but they called again a week later. Has anyone else dealt with them? I'm keeping a log of every call and saving voicemails, but I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice would help.
