Complete Your Sales Plan
This week you will complete and submit the Final Project. Over the past several weeks you have developed most of the components of the sales plan. You will now put it all together. You will also need to determine sales leadership strategies to keep the sales force motivated to maintain high levels of performance. Discuss the strengths of your sales plan and any area of needed improvement. Include an executive summary. Please use the template provided, which includes additional details. Compile the entire project into one cohesive 12–15 page sales plan due in Unit 8.
Please remember that you will need to use research to support your project. Please stay away from Wikipedia and other non-academic sources and instead use credible company sponsored websites, or peer-reviewed sources provided by the Library. Your sales plan should be 12–15 pages in length and must include a reference list. Citations and references must follow APA guidelines.
