Moving from Desktop to Virtual machines BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL ONLY

We have 300 plus  Office Machines that  OS ranges from XP to Win10. I need an email ask/persuading the users  if they would be interested in using a Virtual machine since the new building will have an Open Floor Plan seating. So eventually the PC's will have to go away, regardless.

So explain the benefits of switching from Desktop to Virtual machines in an email format
