Movie Assignment Instructions

Watch the movie Remember the Titans (see link below)  and write a paper addressing the questions below.

1) What do you learn about coach Boon’s leadership style? How does he succeed in bringing the team together by delegating power and responsibility?

2) Is his team an example of a self-managed team? Illustrate with examples.

Your paper should be up to 3 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12. Please be sure to cite all outside sources. The citation format does not matter, but credit must be given where due.
