 Before you completed the Personal Leadership Evaluation in Week 1, have you ever taken a formal leadership self-assessment? If so, which one did you take, and what were the results? If you have not taken one previously, do a quick Internet search to find one that interests you.

How do different leadership styles and models contribute to an individual's motivation? Based on your leadership evaluation, what motivates you?
