2. Explain how applying community health education theories might have contributed to the reduction of morbidity and mortality.

3. A description of chronic type 2 diabetes. Explain how you might apply the constructs of the Transtheoretical Model(TTM) of change to chronic type 2 diabetes. 

4. Give two justification as to why the theory may be appropriate to use for this health issue. Then explain at least two possible limitations of applying this theory to type 2 diabetes.
