 Module 4 Case:

Write a 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following questions:

1. What is your personal assessment of you own cultural competence (as an educator or educational leader)?
2. Describe at least 2 strategies that will enhance your own cultural competence (as an educator or educational leader).
3. As a current, or future, educator or educational leader why is an understanding of diverse student learners and cultural competence important?
   1. How does your understanding impact students?
   2. How does your understanding impact your colleagues?

Module 2 SLP

 

The Session Long Project requires you to analyze 4 cultural and diversity articles provided for each module. You will identify the issues below, if applicable:

1. Demographic Differences
2. Cognitive or Behavioral Differences
3. Organizational or Structural Differences
4. Global/World View Differences

You will submit a portion of your paper at the conclusion of each module. 

SLP Overview

You will analyze the article provided according to the requirements 1–4 above.  Each SLP will be different to enable better recognition of cultural and diversity issues
