Companies are spending more time and money on training and development programs that make a positive impact on the organization’s strategy, performance, and profits.  HR professionals have many options and platforms for individual and organizational training for local and remote workers.  For this week’s discussion:

• Identify two (2) training and development programs that focus on an organization’s mission and/or strategy. 
• Briefly explain and evaluate these programs, and offer one suggestion on how each of these programs can be made more efficient/effective. If you can, focus on how social media and multimedia tools can be used for learning with a focus on mission and strategy.
