 The Motivation Conundrum

Look through various negotiation strategies and comment on:

• What trends and themes did you see in terms of negotiating? Did you see similarity or diversity sources of negotiating?
• How do you think leaders/managers and organizations negotiate with entities with different needs?  What, based upon what you have learned, might you try in your role to negotiate with  your teammates/coworkers/subordinates?
