Find a news article that pertains to when the right to privacy has been protected and/or violated. Summarize the article and identify and explain the federal law(s) involved including the penalties, jail time, etc. in your summary. 

NOTE:  Make sure your article pertains to a privacy issue not hacking, viruses, and/ or malware.  Your essay should be a minimum of 500 words.
