Find a newspaper article or news program segment (60 Minutes, Dateline, 20/20, etc.) that exemplifies ONE of the issues discussed in this chapter (Chapter 5): the specific concerns of assembly-line justice; discretion in the system; shared decision-making among the members of the courtroom work group; problems of delay; speedy-trial considerations, etc. Summarize the article or program segment and relate the linkages you see between the issues discussed in the article or news program segment and the text issue(s) selected.  The article must discuss an issue in the United States criminal justice system.

You must include the article's reference or link if a web article.  You will lose points if you do not specify which issue from the chapter you have selected.
