Read the following scenario and explain what you would do in that situation. Your explanation should be at least 500 words.  Be sure your paper is in APA style and all sources are properly cited and referenced.

You are the new CIO at a small manufacturing company with a total of 500 employees at one plant, two warehouses, and a headquarters building. Your manager is the chief financial officer (CFO), who wants you to make it a high priority to establish a set of policies and guidelines on the use of IT resources – the firm currently has none. How would you proceed? Consider the professional relationships and impact with employers, clients, suppliers, users, other professionals and society. What are the ethical implications of these relationships and how do they play into how you proceed with this task your CFO has given to you?
