For this assignment, you will prepare a performance improvement plan for an organization that you will submit in Module 5. In this module, you will begin work by creating a simple outline defining the organization you have chosen and explaining the reasons for your choice.

Do the following:

• Identify the organization for which you want to create a performance improvement plan.
• Prepare an outline for a performance improvement plan for the organization. Include the following:
  • Include the name of the public health organization chosen.
  • Explain why you chose this organization.
  • Explain why this organization needs performance improvement.

Your final product will be a 2–3-page outline in Word format. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.
