Complete collaboration of care, management of client care and potential complications sections (2pts)  4. Paper must be 250 words using correct grammar, sentence structure and punctuation. (2pts)  5. Appropriate use of APA format; correct citing of sources in essay body and references. (1pt) Total= 10pts
 

This Assignment has two (2) parts, the first is the concept map.You are going to use one of the concept maps, but I will prefer the first concept map. Give those information on a Diabetic client.
