It is the activity, resource, or capability that delivers the most value to your customers. Simply put, it is what your company does best. In 1-2 pages answer the following questions:

• What is your company's core competency?
• How is it unique?
• How is it valuable to customers?
• What makes it difficult to imitate?
• Is your core competency transferrable to other opportunities?
• Does your core strategy coincide with your core competency?
