Module 06 Scenario - Code of Ethics Poster

Ethical behavior is very important to the success of a business. Over the years, many businesses in your community have suffered the negative publicity, and the legal and financial consequences associated with unethical actions. Your company has recently been experiencing some ethical issues, and based on the issues that have been occurring, management has asked you to create a code of ethics poster to display in various areas around the building to remind employees of the company's expectations.

Specifically, your boss has asked that your poster include:

• A written code of ethics to guide employee behavior within the company.
• A minimum of 5 principles and practices that the company should include in its code of ethics that would align with the culture that the company should be trying to create.
• A brief explanation of how each item is important to the ethical reputation of the company.

To create this poster use Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint. You can get started by using this guide.
